Senior Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Extract performance data from Yardi, Salesforce, and internal databases using SQL.
• Ingest data with Databricks for investment analysis.
• Transform and normalize data to unified datasets for reporting.
• Develop and maintain automated ETL pipelines.
• Prepare data for NCREIF (NFI) and MSCI benchmark submissions.
• Create dashboards and reports with Domo, Power BI, or Tableau.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related.
• 2–4 years in data analysis, financial reporting, or investment operations.
• Experience with private equity or real estate preferred.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Progress toward CFA, CAIA, or CPA designation.
• Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization skills (Domo/Power BI/Tableau).
