  • Onboard enterprise clients for agentic AI: data analysis, clustering, coverage, workflows
  • Design and optimize prompts, flows, agent logic, and knowledge for production AI agents
  • Deliver AI solutions end-to-end from design to UAT, launch, and post-go-live optimization
  • Own post-launch AI performance, improving containment, resolution quality, and handoffs
  • Analyze conversation data, signals, and DSAT drivers to identify root causes
  • Implement iterative improvements across prompts, workflows, actions, guardrails, and knowledge bases

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in applied AI, conversational AI, analytics, or AI-powered CX
  • Hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent workflows, tool/action AI systems
  • Experience with real-world customer interaction data (chat, tickets, transcripts, voice)
  • Strong analytical ability to diagnose AI behavior across prompts, knowledge, workflows, evaluation, UX
  • SQL and Python for data analysis, experimentation, debugging AI behavior
  • Tableau/Power BI or similar BI tools for trends, signals, metrics
  • Collaborate with analytics, quality, product, and ML-Ops teams
  • Work with enterprise customers; translate ambiguous requirements into scalable AI solutions
