- Design and optimize prompts, flows, agent logic, and knowledge for production AI agents
- Deliver AI solutions end-to-end from design to UAT, launch, and post-go-live optimization
- Own post-launch AI performance, improving containment, resolution quality, and handoffs
- Analyze conversation data, signals, and DSAT drivers to identify root causes
- Implement iterative improvements across prompts, workflows, actions, guardrails, and knowledge bases
π― Requirements
- 5+ years in applied AI, conversational AI, analytics, or AI-powered CX
- Hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent workflows, tool/action AI systems
- Experience with real-world customer interaction data (chat, tickets, transcripts, voice)
- Strong analytical ability to diagnose AI behavior across prompts, knowledge, workflows, evaluation, UX
- SQL and Python for data analysis, experimentation, debugging AI behavior
- Tableau/Power BI or similar BI tools for trends, signals, metrics
- Collaborate with analytics, quality, product, and ML-Ops teams
- Work with enterprise customers; translate ambiguous requirements into scalable AI solutions
