🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in omnichannel customer support (chat, phone, email).
  • 1+ years in a B2B/B2C SaaS company.
  • Learn quickly and solve problems with minimal supervision.
  • High empathy and focus on positive customer experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in Intercom and Zendesk.
