- 2+ years in omnichannel customer support (chat, phone, email).
- 1+ years in a B2B/B2C SaaS company.
- Learn quickly and solve problems with minimal supervision.
- High empathy and focus on positive customer experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in Intercom and Zendesk.
