- 6+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, or Strategic Account Management in B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to manage complex executive relationships and multi-product environments
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Catalyst, Sigma, and Jira
