🎯 Requirements

  • Deep understanding of SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, or FedRAMP
  • 4+ years in security/compliance (GRC) or identity and access management
  • 6+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, or Strategic Account Management in B2B SaaS
  • Proven ability to manage complex executive relationships and multi-product environments
  • Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Catalyst, Sigma, and Jira
