  • Deploy standardized engagement models across customer assignments.
  • Promote best practices, deploy playbooks, ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Drive retention and growth by aligning BigID products to customer outcomes.
  • Build relationships with customers to enable delivery; be voice of the customer.
  • Identify and mitigate blockers to ensure delivery and retention.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success managing large enterprise accounts.
  • Background in big data, privacy, governance, or information security.
  • West-region experience (3+ years); fluent English.
  • Proven ability to drive adoption and mitigate risk for renewals/upsell.
  • Familiarity with on-premises and/or cloud data landscapes.
  • BS/BA degree.
