  • Own onboarding and rollout plans for new customers; coordinate with Sales for success.
  • Remove barriers to adoption; help customers achieve outcomes quickly.
  • Engage with customers to understand goals and use cases; provide guidance.
  • Identify expansion opportunities; partner with Sales on upsell.
  • Oversee renewals and forecasting; ensure timely commitments.
  • Monitor and report on customer health and product usage.

  • 5+ years in software/SaaS sales and/or customer success; enterprise exp preferred.
  • Knowledge of cloud infra, DevOps, developer tools, CI/CD, and the SDLC.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and CS platforms.
  • History of building relationships across executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
  • Advocate for customers and provide actionable feedback for Product.
  • Startup experience.
