- Ability to use Camunda product
- 5+ years in CS/Consulting/Strategic Account Management in enterprise software
- Proven ability to drive retention and expansion via value-based engagement
- Strong commercial acumen and track record of influencing buying decisions
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Experience leveraging Salesforce, Gainsight, or CS platforms to manage adoption
