  • Develop customer success plans with KPIs, stakeholders, and adoption plan

  • Champion customer-centricity to improve retention and loyalty
  • Collaborate with Sales to grow accounts and leverage relationships
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to foster best practices and references

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Ability to use Camunda product
  • 5+ years in CS/Consulting/Strategic Account Management in enterprise software
  • Proven ability to drive retention and expansion via value-based engagement
  • Strong commercial acumen and track record of influencing buying decisions
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Experience leveraging Salesforce, Gainsight, or CS platforms to manage adoption
