  • 3-5 years managing enterprise SaaS accounts.
  • Experience offering consultative, white-glove account support.
  • Experience managing accounts within e-commerce.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication and negotiating skills.
  • Highly proficient with MS Excel and CSV.
