  • Several years in Customer Success, account management, or SaaS
  • Experience in cybersecurity or cyber risk management preferred
  • Exceptional planning, presentation, and written communication
  • Experience in implementing customer solutions and client management
  • Project management experience with multiple projects to completion
  • Based in UK or Belgium; fluent French; German desirable
