  • Primary contact for 35–38 SMB Scaled accounts (<$200k ARR) post-implementation.
  • Manage renewal pipeline and monitor health to prevent adoption barriers.
  • Collaborate with Sales to drive customer onboarding and launches.
  • Build relationships to identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings; ensure follow-ups.
  • Monitor usage trends and provide feedback to improve adoption.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, or related field.
  • IAM knowledge; cybersecurity/compliance background valuable.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud, hybrid, and on-prem IT architectures.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
  • 12+ years in customer-facing roles in complex software; scaled portfolio experience.
  • Availability to customers via Zoom during North America Pacific hours.
