π― Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in CS, engineering, or related field.
- IAM knowledge; cybersecurity/compliance background valuable.
- Strong knowledge of cloud, hybrid, and on-prem IT architectures.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
- 12+ years in customer-facing roles in complex software; scaled portfolio experience.
- Availability to customers via Zoom during North America Pacific hours.
