🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS
  • Proven renewals and upsell track record
  • Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight
  • Strong communication and executive relationship skills
  • Experience with State/Local Government or Higher Ed a plus
  • Willingness to travel 5-15%
