🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer success, account management, or consulting with SaaS enterprise product.
  • Proven track record delivering exceptional customer experience.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and executive stakeholder management.
  • Deep understanding of SLED regulatory, procurement, and compliance (StateRAMP, FERPA, CJIS).
  • Excellent presentation and communication with C-level executives.
  • Bachelor's degree required; US citizen; willing to travel up to 35%.
