  • Proven senior Customer Success or account management experience in SaaS; cybersecurity preferred
  • Exceptional planning, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Experience in implementing customer solutions and client management
  • Experience in project management with multiple projects to completion and strong planning/organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain a high-value, outcome-based relationship with diverse customers
