- Proven senior Customer Success or account management experience in SaaS; cybersecurity preferred
- Exceptional planning, presentation, and written communication skills
- Experience in implementing customer solutions and client management
- Experience in project management with multiple projects to completion and strong planning/organizational skills
- Ability to maintain a high-value, outcome-based relationship with diverse customers
