π― Requirements
- BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, managing strategic accounts
- Knowledgeable in Privileged Access Management and cybersecurity best practices
- Experience with Privilege Access Service solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea
- Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers and executive sponsors
- Competency with Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms
