  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Drive onboarding and product adoption; track customer objectives and goals.
  • Lead regular customer check-ins, monitor customer success plans, and conduct quarterly business reviews.
  • Proactively identify at-risk accounts and own cross-functional remediation plans.
  • Ensure positive customer experiences by growing relationships and identifying key stakeholders.
  • Align cross-functionally on renewals and customer growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, managing strategic accounts
  • Knowledgeable in Privileged Access Management and cybersecurity best practices
  • Experience with Privilege Access Service solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea
  • Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers and executive sponsors
  • Competency with Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms
