  • Proven Senior/Enterprise CSM track record.
  • Experience managing large complex clients (50+ employees) autonomously.
  • Strong communication and presentation; leadership in engagements.
  • Translate business needs into Remote solutions; strong problem solving.
  • Builds relationships with senior executives in enterprise accounts.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell and training opportunities; mentor others.
