- Proven Senior/Enterprise CSM track record.
- Experience managing large complex clients (50+ employees) autonomously.
- Strong communication and presentation; leadership in engagements.
- Translate business needs into Remote solutions; strong problem solving.
- Builds relationships with senior executives in enterprise accounts.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell and training opportunities; mentor others.
