  • Proven ability to manage strategic accounts; run QBRs; build plans; exec relationships.
  • Constructive problem-solver; fix issues; earn trust; operational mindset.
  • Collaborative, team-first; influence peers; help others grow without authority.
  • Interest in people management; explicit path to Team Lead.
