🎯 Requirements

  • Experience managing national/regional health plans across fully insured, ASO, Medicare.
  • 5+ years in enterprise-level customer success or account management; digital health a plus.
  • Ability to build relationships with team members, stakeholders, and c-level executives.
  • Strong understanding of payor financials, including MLR and value-based care.
  • Excellent project management and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Data-driven with analytical and storytelling skills; comfortable with ambiguity.
