  • Own enterprise account strategy; co-create success plans with customers.
  • Drive retention and risk management; monitor account health and lead recovery plans.
  • Identify cross-sell/upsell via quarterly business reviews; partner with AE.
  • Lead cross-functional execution; coordinate Sales, Product, Support, Finance, and Onboarding.
  • Manage executive relationships with C-level stakeholders; act as strategic advisor.
  • Establish a strong customer cadence; conduct QBRs and translate data into actions.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Digital Marketing.
  • Proven KPI delivery: renewals, expansion, product adoption, and health.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise accounts with high MRR.
  • German native level; English at C1/C2 (written and spoken).
  • Experience with CS tools such as Planhat or EverAfter.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination.
