- Experience managing complex enterprise accounts (high MRR, multiple stakeholders)
- Trusted Advisor; shape customers' marketing strategy proactively
- Native French, fluent English
- Data-driven, autonomous, able to navigate ambiguity
- CS tools experience (Planhat, EverAfter or equivalent) a plus
