  • Own enterprise account strategy with Success Plans, goals, and KPIs.
  • Proactively monitor health, manage retention, and lead churn recovery.
  • Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities with quarterly reviews.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Support, Finance, Onboarding).
  • Build and nurture executive relationships with C-level stakeholders.
  • Capture and relay customer feedback to Product; drive advocacy with Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success and/or Digital Marketing
  • Proven track record delivering KPIs: Renewal, Expansion, Adoption, Health
  • Experience managing complex enterprise accounts (high MRR, multiple stakeholders)
  • Trusted Advisor; shape customers' marketing strategy proactively
  • Native French, fluent English
  • Data-driven, autonomous, able to navigate ambiguity
  • CS tools experience (Planhat, EverAfter or equivalent) a plus
