- Ability and willingness to use Camunda product.
- 6+ years in CS, Strategic Account Management, or enterprise B2B consulting.
- Relationship & stakeholder management with senior/operational stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness & forecasting for renewals and expansion.
- Data-informed decision-making from adoption, health signals, and value metrics.
- Communication & facilitation: strong written and verbal communication in a remote-first environment.
