  • Own a portfolio of enterprise customers from onboarding to renewal with adoption roadmap.
  • Drive retention and expansion by managing health, risk, and opportunities with Sales.
  • Lead structured customer conversations (onboarding, reviews, health checks) to tie Camunda to outcomes.
  • Use data to tell the story: leverage usage, value, and health signals to forecast outcomes.
  • Project manage cross-functional work with TAMs, Consulting, Product, and Support to unblock customers.
  • Contribute to CS practice by sharing learnings, mentoring peers, refining playbooks and tooling.

🎯 Requirements

  • Ability and willingness to use Camunda product.
  • 6+ years in CS, Strategic Account Management, or enterprise B2B consulting.
  • Relationship & stakeholder management with senior/operational stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness & forecasting for renewals and expansion.
  • Data-informed decision-making from adoption, health signals, and value metrics.
  • Communication & facilitation: strong written and verbal communication in a remote-first environment.
