- 5+ years in customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS with renewals/expansion ownership
- Comfort operating against revenue targets, KPIs, including commercial negotiations
- Ability to build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders, including execs
- Clear, confident communicator who translates complex concepts into actionable value
- Experience creating/using assets such as success plans, value reviews, and playbooks
- Data- and outcomes-driven mindset with accountability and ownership
