- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, CS, or related field.
- 5+ years in customer success, account management, or software delivery.
- Familiarity with AML/Fraud domains and reg tech is a plus.
- Experience in program/project management; technical background a plus.
- Multilingual, especially European languages, a plus.
