📋 Description

  • Own post-sales relationships for a portfolio of high-value clients.
  • Develop tailored success plans; lead governance and exec reviews.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Delivery teams.
  • Drive timely renewals; manage commercial discussions.
  • Maintain account profiles and health metrics to identify growth.
  • Facilitate reference requests, case studies, and feedback loops.
  • Lead responses to client assessments, RFPs, and due diligence.

🎯 Requirements

  • Solution-oriented mindset with passion for customer success.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management; influence.
  • Proven experience building and nurturing strategic relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, CS, or related field.
  • 5+ years in customer success, account management, or software delivery.
  • Familiarity with AML/Fraud domains and reg tech is a plus.
  • Experience in program/project management; technical background a plus.
  • Multilingual, especially European languages, a plus.
