π― Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success
- Experience managing renewal conversations
- Fluency in English and French
- Experience with software or tools for data analysis, including comfort with Excel datasets
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in SaaS, tech and/or the short-term rental industry (preferred); Fluency in any additional European language is a plus
