  • Cultivate executive relationships across units as a strategic partner.
  • Monitor health scores and trends; identify risk with mitigation plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer engagement (Gong, Gainsight).

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success with complex Enterprise SaaS; manage 10–25 accounts.
  • Strong discovery, consultative, and relationship-building skills for exec stakeholders.
  • Experience with collaboration tools and design thinking, agile, or project management.
  • Analytical, data-driven; able to interpret usage data to drive action.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills for executive audiences; fluent in English.
  • Based in Netherlands, Spain or UK; willing to travel up to 15%.
