Lead Enterprise Customer Success in the East region to ensure value realization for Amplitude's customers.

  • Partner with Account Executives to grow book of business and secure renewals.
  • Build relationships with client execs (VPs, Cโ€‘suite, founders, CEOs).
  • Plan and deliver value-based reviews with customer executives.
  • Monitor portfolio health to maximize value.
  • Develop customized success plans to accelerate adoption.
  • Project-manage the customer journey with internal/external teams.

  • 5+ years in Customer Success / Account Management.
  • 3+ years with large enterprise SaaS customers.
  • Proven ability to program-manage software adoption in Enterprise.
  • Customer-focused mindset with passion for customer outcomes.
  • Technical aptitude and business acumen.
