  • Own onboarding and rollout plans for new customers; coordinate with Sales for a smooth implementation.
  • Remove barriers to adoption so customers achieve outcomes quickly.
  • Understand customer goals, challenges, and use cases; provide guidance.
  • Identify expansion opportunities; partner with Sales on upsell/cross-sell.
  • Oversee renewals and forecasting; ensure timely commitments.
  • Serve as primary contact for inquiries and escalations; collaborate with teams to resolve.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in SaaS software sales or customer success; enterprise exp preferred.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, developer tools, CI/CD, and SDLC.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and CS platforms.
  • Strong relationships across executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
  • Internal advocacy for customers with actionable feedback to Product/partners.
  • Startup experience.
