  • Coordinate cross-functional escalations with Support, Engineering, Product, Sales, and Compliance
  • Lead adoption and retention initiatives including onboarding and renewal planning

  • 7+ years CS/AM/consulting for government customers (DoD/IC/Federal)
  • 5+ years enterprise SaaS IAM/cloud security/zero trust
  • Proven track record managing complex government relationships with adoption/retention/expansion
  • Strong understanding of government regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Excellent presentation and communication; effective with executives and cross-functional teams
  • US Citizenship required; TS/SCI clearance valued; travel 25-30% may be required
