🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success with enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong discovery, consultative, and exec relationship skills.
  • Experience with collaboration tools; design thinking, agile, or PM methods.
  • Analytical, data-driven; interpret usage data to drive action.
  • Strong communication and exec-level presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and German; travel up to 15%.
