📋 Description

  • Act as consultant/advocate; regular calls and in-person meetings to drive goals
  • Monitor and manage adoption metrics to maximize Axon platform use
  • Create strategic CS plans; document progress toward established goals
  • Manage escalations; quarterback for critical issues across internal teams
  • Work closely with marketing and training teams to conduct regular training webinars
  • Develop a deep understanding of Axon product line and ensure proper deployment

🎯 Requirements

  • Corrections/institutional environment experience
  • Proven correctional stakeholder engagement
  • Strong project management with tracking systems
  • Experience leading process improvements in large orgs
  • Experience tracking product adoption via data-analysis tools
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
