๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Manage and nurture customer accounts via daily communication and online marketing expertise.
  • Advise on online marketing strategy; resolve advertiser issues including budgets and performance.
  • Own and grow your book of business; develop vertical expertise (e-commerce, travel, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Smartly.io tool and paid social ads to solve problems.
  • Build and nurture relationships with partners such as Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with customers, CS managers and product team for fast feedback loops.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years in paid digital advertising (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Google).
  • Experience in a customer success or similar customer-facing role.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude and customer focus.
  • Comfortable addressing technical challenges and collaborating with engineers.
  • Hybrid work from Amsterdam office; travel for meetings and events.
  • Strong English communication; engage diverse audiences.
