- Prior Sr CSM, Account Manager or Sales Exec in a large PaaS.
- Experience managing a portfolio of ARR from ~$100k to multi-million across Forbes Global 2000.
- Strong written and oral skills; engage both business and technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
