  • BS or equivalent; MBA a plus.
  • 5+ years in consulting, CS, client relations or TAM with adoption, retention and NR growth.
  • Prior Sr CSM, Account Manager or Sales Exec in a large PaaS.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of ARR from ~$100k to multi-million across Forbes Global 2000.
  • Strong written and oral skills; engage both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
