🎯 Requirements

  • BS or equivalent; MBA a plus.
  • 5+ years in consulting, customer success, or technical account management.
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts with ARR from 100k to multi-million.
  • Strong written and oral communication across business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in integration/automation; awareness of HR/Finance/Sales.
  • Digital transformation/consulting background preferred.
