📋 Description

  • Enable client stakeholders on Forter’s portal near go-live and run training.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with client executives to show Forter’s value.
  • Secure client advocacy via reference calls and case studies.
  • Leverage client relationships to generate upsell opportunities with Sales.
  • Own retention and renewals for your book of business.
  • Share insights with Product and leadership to guide Forter’s roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of post-live, client-facing CS experience.
  • Experience leading monthly/quarterly reviews with client execs.
  • Experience translating client objectives into strategic account plans.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, R&D, and/or Operations for feedback.
  • Experience enabling and training clients on Forter’s UX.
  • SaaS startup experience; payments/finance background a bonus.
