🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of post-live, client-facing CS experience.
- Experience leading monthly/quarterly reviews with client execs.
- Experience translating client objectives into strategic account plans.
- Experience collaborating with Product, R&D, and/or Operations for feedback.
- Experience enabling and training clients on Forter’s UX.
- SaaS startup experience; payments/finance background a bonus.
