  • 7+ years in Customer Success / Technical Account Management / PS
  • 4+ years owning health and revenue for Forbes Global 2000 accounts
  • Advocate for customers; act as an extension of their team
  • Aptitude to learn MongoDB and database concepts
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English
  • High autonomy; portfolio ownership; escalate to executives as needed
