  • Ensure customer success by driving value realization of the Segment platform.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years managing enterprise customers
  • 7+ years in customer-facing roles CSM AM or consulting
  • Experience with Fortune 500 or similar large organizations
  • Strategic planning with data driven insights to optimize client success
  • Build and sustain relationships with exec level stakeholders and tech/business contacts
  • Bonus CDP ETL AdTech MarTech experience
