  • Lead customer success for assigned accounts to drive Tanium adoption and renewal.
  • Collaborate with CS, Sales, and Engineering to resolve issues and upsell.
  • Advocate for customer feedback to product/engineering to improve adoption.
  • Conduct proactive health checks and trainings to maximize value.
  • Develop strategic plans for ROI, adoption, and expansion.
  • Travel 5-15% and onsite work as needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 7+ years in CS, account management, sales, renewals, or service mgmt in SaaS.
  • Experience in Endpoint Security, Incident Response, and scripting (bash, PowerShell, Python).
  • Ability to master Tanium platform and modules.
  • Demonstrated consulting and project management; build strategic relationships.
  • Tanium Certified Operator/Administrator (nice to have).
