  • Experience with complex rollouts: pilots, change mgmt, store ops readiness.
  • CRM and success tooling (Salesforce, Gainsight) for health, forecasting, QBRs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field; or equivalent.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% within North America.
  • Experience with AI/ML or computer vision in retail.
