  • Advocate for customers; extension of customer's team within MongoDB
  • Aptitude and curiosity for MongoDB and databases
  • Autonomy; own portfolio; escalate to executive levels when needed
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; create new processes to serve this customer segment
  • Demonstrated ongoing technical education (MongoDB DBA track, hyperscaler certs)
  • Fluency in Portuguese
