  • Trusted advisor to customers.
  • Excellent communication across video, phone, and email.
  • Experience in customer success planning.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, CSP, and GSuite or similar tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment.
