  • Update CRM data and track actions in Salesforce or Gainsight.

🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
  • 7+ years in CS, AM, Sales, Renewals, or PM in SaaS
  • Experience in Endpoint Security, Incident Response, Systems Management
  • Ability to master Tanium platform and modules
  • Consulting and project management skills; strong relationships
  • You are highly organized, self-starter, curious, and adaptable
