🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services or similar
  • Advocate for customers; act as extension of their team within MongoDB
  • Tech-minded with curiosity to learn MongoDB and databases
  • Able to own portfolio autonomously and escalate to execs when needed
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; build new processes to serve customers
  • Team player; collaborate with Sales, Professional Services
