  • Own retention and expansion of your book of business.
  • Conduct calls to promote connectors, manage churn risk, and upgrades.
  • Drive campaigns to boost usage and overall retention.
  • Manage a PQL flow to grow and protect usage.
  • Identify and drive increased usage for positive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a great customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in SaaS quota-carrying CS or Sales.
  • Analytics/data tools experience is a plus; customer-centric.
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding goals and MBOs.
  • Balance self-confidence and humility to lead as an IC.
  • Collaborative and able to provide feedback to teams for growth.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a must.
