- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5+ years in a customer-facing role; 2+ years with Enterprise clients
- Strong project management skills with a system for tracking requests and issues
- Proven track record leading process improvements in large organizations
- Experience tracking product adoption and engagement via data analysis tools
- Self-motivated, team-oriented and focused on exceeding customer expectations
