  • Engage with your customers through regular calls, business reviews and daily needs
  • Monitor and manage adoption metrics to ensure customers use the Axon platform
  • Create success plans for customers and track progress toward goals
  • Manage escalations as the quarterback for critical issues with cross-team alignment
  • Communicate major milestones and updates to Sr. Leadership regularly
  • Work with Axon’s marketing and training teams to conduct regular training webinars

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5+ years in a customer-facing role; 2+ years with Enterprise customers
  • Strong project management skills with a system for tracking requests and goals
  • A proven track record of leading process improvements in large orgs
  • Experience tracking product adoption and customer engagement via data analysis
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and focused on exceeding customer expectations
