π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5+ years in a customer-facing role; 2+ years with Enterprise customers
- Strong project management skills with a system for tracking requests and goals
- A proven track record of leading process improvements in large orgs
- Experience tracking product adoption and customer engagement via data analysis
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and focused on exceeding customer expectations
