🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5+ years in a customer-facing role and 2+ years with enterprise customers
  • Strong project management skills with a system for tracking requests and plans
  • Proven track record of leading process improvements within large organizations
  • Experience tracking product adoption and customer engagement via data tools
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented and focused on exceeding customer expectations
