- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5+ years in a customer-facing role and 2+ years with enterprise customers
- Strong project management skills with a system for tracking requests and plans
- Proven track record of leading process improvements within large organizations
- Experience tracking product adoption and customer engagement via data tools
- Self-motivated, team-oriented and focused on exceeding customer expectations
