  • Experience with large decentralized State/Local Government or Higher Ed clients; identify risks
  • Drive multi-department adoption; conduct executive business reviews
  • Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight; create Value Plans; track risks
  • Willingness to travel 5-15% within regional territory
