  • Be the main contact for MongoDB end users, guiding their success
  • Lead cross-functional work with Sales, PS, and Solutions Architects
  • Own your customer portfolio autonomously and resolve escalations
  • Create and execute multi-quarter account plans for growth
  • Lead in-person executive business reviews with C-suite leaders
  • Build scalable processes and enablement for the CS program
  • Document customer interactions in internal systems (Gainsight, Salesforce)
  • Provide product feedback to inform roadmap and strategy

  • 7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar
  • Advocate for customers and act as an extension of their team
  • Strong technical curiosity about databases, cloud, and MongoDB
  • Ability to work autonomously and own portfolio decisions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to build new processes and practices
  • Team player with cross-functional collaboration across teams
  • Exposure to database, cloud, or infrastructure tech is a plus
