- 7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar
- Advocate for customers and act as an extension of their team
- Strong technical curiosity about databases, cloud, and MongoDB
- Ability to work autonomously and own portfolio decisions
- Entrepreneurial mindset to build new processes and practices
- Team player with cross-functional collaboration across teams
- Exposure to database, cloud, or infrastructure tech is a plus
