  • Serve as strategic advisor to customers on MongoDB best practices and tech strategy
  • Act as main point of contact for MongoDB end users, coordinating across teams

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar
  • Strong customer advocacy; acts as an extension of the customer's team within MongoDB
  • Tech-savvy with willingness to learn MongoDB concepts
  • Autonomous with ownership of a customer portfolio; knows when to escalate to exec
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; ability to create new processes
  • Team player; collaborates with Sales, Professional Services, Tech Services and MDB ecosystem
