📋 Description

  • Advise customers on MongoDB best practices and tech strategy; run enablement sessions.
  • Help optimize customers' tech environment and spend; recommend features.
  • Develop and execute account plans to mitigate risk and drive 3+ quarters of growth.
  • Lead in-person executive business reviews with customers’ C-suite and tech leaders.
  • De-escalate and resolve critical issues; navigate outages and custom MongoDB solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Tech Services, and MDB teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar.
  • Advocate for customers; act as extension of their MongoDB team.
  • Tech-oriented with aptitude to learn databases and MongoDB concepts.
  • Autonomy to own portfolios and decide on executive involvement.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; build new processes as needed.
  • Strong collaboration with Sales, Professional Services, Tech Services and MDB ecosystem.
