- Aptitude to learn MongoDB, databases and related cloud concepts.
- Autonomy with ownership and ability to make key decisions to drive outcomes.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; able to deviate from procedures and build new processes.
- Team player with collaboration across Sales, Professional Services, Tech Services.
- Prior exposure to database, cloud and infrastructure tech is a plus.
- Experience documenting customer interactions in Gainsight and Salesforce.
