📋 Description

  • Act as strategic advisor to customers on MongoDB best practices and technology strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (Sales, PS, Solutions Architects) for success.
  • Build and execute account plans to mitigate risk and drive multi-quarter growth.
  • Lead in-person executive business reviews with C-suite and technical leaders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, PS, Tech Services and MDB ecosystem to deliver outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services or similar.
  • Passionate about customer advocacy and acting as an extension of the customer team.
  • Aptitude to learn MongoDB, databases and related cloud concepts.
  • Autonomy with ownership and ability to make key decisions to drive outcomes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; able to deviate from procedures and build new processes.
  • Team player with collaboration across Sales, Professional Services, Tech Services.
  • Prior exposure to database, cloud and infrastructure tech is a plus.
  • Experience documenting customer interactions in Gainsight and Salesforce.
